We are seeking a passionate Commercial Excellence Specialist to support the growth and development of our employees. As an CE/L&D Specialist, you will play a crucial role in helping individuals enhance their skills and knowledge. Responsibilities:
- Drive the creation & implementation of programs & initiative to further build our Commercial Capabilities
- Developing and implementing learning strategies and programs
- Designing e-learning courses, career plans, workshops and other trainings
- Implement various learning methods companywide (e.g. coaching, job-shadowing, online training)
- Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities
- Collaborate closely with regional/ local commercial team leaders to optimize way of working, drive efficiency, and enhance overall performance effectiveness.
- Facilitate communication and coordination between different departments to streamline processes and achieve common goals effectively.
Job Requirements
Requirements and skills
- 5+ years, ideally in Learning & developments with at least 2 years’ experience managing a team
- Good problem solving mindset
- Proven organization skill & details to attention
- Current knowledge of effective learning and development methods
- Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices
- Experience in project management and budgeting
- Proficient in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills; sharp business acumen
- Demonstrated ability in sales operations/ commercial excellence, preferably in the e-Commerce / Retail industry
- Excellent communication and social skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams with varied strengths and cultures.
