Responsibilities
- Build, manage & maintain the relationship between Lazada, key brand partners & suppliers
- Identifies ways to drive sales through business analysis and ensures action is taken to maximize sales potential
- Responsible for optimizing the P&L of the portfolio and ensuring that promotions delivered are competitive and relevant to the target market
- Track and optimize input metrics in sourcing, pricing, and traffic to ensure healthy inventory movement
- Work closely with brand partners to improve co-investment in marketing solutions and promotion mechanics
- Coordinate negotiations of key commercial term and conditions
- Sharing your current take of brand positioning and delivering comprehensive trend knowledge and industry insight to encapsulate our individuality in our offering.
- Analyze commercial performance and operation metrics of brands in the program, and provide relevant solutions to optimize brand performance.
Requirements/Qualifications(must have)
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience, preferably in roles related to sales, account management, buyer, procurement, retail, or business development.
- Previous experience in FMCG industries related to commerce or sales, and direct client-facing roles are highly advantageous.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, to effectively analyze data, create reports, and deliver compelling presentations.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, result-oriented and able to problem solve as well as multi task well
