3、Collaborate with internal teams to design and execute promotional activities, optimizing sellers' exposure and sales performance.
4、Analyze sellers' performance data, identifying areas for improvement and proposing actionable plans to enhance their business.
5、Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for communication and issue resolution.
6、Monitor industry trends and competitors' strategies to inform and adapt the account management approach.
1、Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
2、Minimum of 3 years of experience in key account management, preferably in an e-commerce or digital marketplace environment.
3、Proven track record in developing and executing successful growth strategies for a portfolio of sellers.
4、Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
5、Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building relationships and negotiating effectively.
6、Adaptable and proactive, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, VUCA environment.
7、Fluent in English, additional languages a plus.
