1、Responsible for onboarding new business partners in Lazada's Indonesia market, ensuring a smooth熟悉ramp-up process and platform understanding.
2、Develop and implement effective onboarding programs, including product knowledge, market strategies, and sales techniques training.
3、Collaborate closely with various departments to allocate resources and resolve issues encountered by partners during the onboarding process, enhancing partner satisfaction.
4、Collect and analyze market feedback, optimize the onboarding process, and continuously improve business efficiency and partner performance.
5、Establish and maintain strong partner relationships, fostering long-term strategic cooperation between partners and Lazada.
【职位要求】:
1、本科学历,商务、市场营销或相关专业。
2、两年以上相关工作经验,有电商平台BD或合作伙伴管理经验者优先。
3、熟悉电子商务行业,了解印尼市场动态,具备良好的市场洞察力。
4、出色的沟通和协调能力,能够与不同背景的合作伙伴建立良好关系。
5、具备问题解决能力,能够在压力下工作,灵活适应不断变化的市场环境。
1、Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2、More than two years of relevant experience, with a preference for experience in e-commerce BD or partner management.
3、Familiarity with the e-commerce industry and insights into the Indonesian market dynamics.
4、Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships with partners of diverse backgrounds.
5、Problem-solving ability, able to work under pressure and adapt to a rapidly changing market environment.
