Key Tasks & Responsibilities
This role will play a key role in defining and executing the overall strategy of the assigned category and lead assortment projects.
- Lead and own the assortment development and projects of assigned category (ie. FMCG, Fashion, EL) that will lead to increased sales.
- Develop, propose and manage the supply strategy and execution with local category teams.
- Analyze category performance and reporting to internal stakeholders
- Collaborate with local and regional stakeholders projects acting as the country PMO to ensure alignment and effective execution.
- Work closely with local User Product Operations team to come up with the tactical seller packages
Qualifications & Skills
- More than 6 years of relevant experience, with a preference on e-commerce platforms particularly commercial operations
- Good understanding of brand/product/industry trends and market viability
- Ability to translate consumer insights and business objectives into an integrated on-site strategy
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data to insights
- Demonstrated project management capability, able to prioritize and deliver on tight timelines
- High attention to detail and critical of processes
- Balance of both strategic and creative thinking, able to think long term and outside the box
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Agile and able to work in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment
