Job Description
Chinese speaking Business Development Manager who can develop a network of contacts to attract new clients and building relationship with supplier and partners focusing to warehouse service & B2B/B2C Logistics services. Be able to systematically escalate problems or variance in the sales plan, customer expectations to the relevant owners and teams and follow through on the resolutions to ensure they are delivered, other tasks or projects as assigned by line-manager. Be able to understand P&L to build up RFQ (Request for quotation) / dedicated pricing for each customer.
• Your main role will be driving revenue and volume growth with the company’s MCL service solutions.
• You will be developing a suitable strategy for KA customers hunting by understanding their profile, category & channel which match with company’s service
• Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market to pitch the company’s service offerings and persistently follow up to convert these opportunities into customers
• You will be addressing and resolving KA customer complaints by closely monitoring customers’ feedback via working groups and regular meetings
• You will be compiling reports on account progress, conversion rate and forecast for management and relevant stakeholders
• You will be responsible for sales performance management
• You will be handling market research and competitor benchmarking
• You will be also responsible for working with other member of Logistics Commercial (Marketing, Sales, Sales admin, etc.) in order to drive overall Commercial growth, customers and seller experience
• Requires working with multiple business teams across the company to manage KA sales pipeline and understand operations to drive continuous volume improvement

• Other tasks or projects as assigned by manager
Job Requirements
1. Education level: Bachelor of Business Administration or Logistics related fields
2. Overall Responsibilities: Be able to systematically escalate problems or variance in the sales plan, customers expectations to the relevant owners and teams and follow through on the resolutions to ensure they are delivered, other tasks or projects as assigned by line-manager. Be able to understand P&L to build up RFQ / dedicated pricing for each customer.
3. Languages: requirement: Chinese speaking & writing proficiency. English speaking
4. Competency & Experience:
+ At least 05 years experience and knowledge in field of logistics service management and business development of express delivery industry and supply chain industry with customer-oriented focus
+ Strong logical and analytical approach to problem solving with exceptional Influencing skill, facilitation and listening skills
+ High energy and with positive drive. Forward-looking with a holistic approach
+ Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project management lifecycle
+ Develop and maintain strong relationships with logistics vendors, negotiating contracts and rates to optimize costs
