Job Description
This is an Individual Contributor role reporting into the Lazada Group Head of Ecosystem & Partnerships. The individual will be responsible for developing and managing strategic partnerships within the Southeast Asia region. This role will include identifying and nurturing key external partnerships with e-Commerce enablement partners (e.g., e-Commerce enablers, logistics partners, Independent Software Vendors), consulting & financial services partners and other types of technology, lifestyle & content platform providers.
This role will also involve identifying value creation opportunities with key partners, designing and implementing commercial programs to capture these opportunities. As such, the role will require the ability to manage multi-projects from ideation to implementation, and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders and cross-functional teams (e.g., Logistics, Marketing Solutions, Global Strategic Key Accounts and in-country teams)
This role will require the individual to have creative and strategic thinking skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships. The individual should also be a self-starter, with a strong entrepreneurial mindset.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Partnerships and Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, understanding their needs and providing support for effective collaboration.
• Support and execute partnership initiatives that align with the organisation’s goals.
• Lead projects with external partners, including liaising within internal cross-functional teams to operationalise partnership initiatives, monitoring project deliverables and ensuring effective end-to-end implementation.
• Proactively identify areas for improvement and work with the relevant internal cross-functional teams to troubleshoot any issues raised by external partners.

2. Program Development:
• Develop and implement targeted programs to onboard new sellers and increase adoption of performance marketing tools.
• Lead the implementation of programs by collaborating with internal cross-functional teams.
• Measure and track the impact of programs, providing insights to optimise future initiatives.
Job Requirements
• Bachelors / Master Degree, preferably in Strategy, Business, Operations
• Proven track record in strategic partnership / account management, project management and program development.
• Previous experience in an eCommerce or retail environment as a category or key accounts manager for a brand, distributor, or retailer is ideal, but not required.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven insights.
• Ability to analyze data and execute day-to-day activities to support commercial directions
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Able to build trusted relationships at all levels – working level and senior stakeholders – both internal and external.
• Able to manage and navigate complex stakeholder relationships – understand various party interests and facilitate alignment.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Self-starter, highly self-motivated and willing to challenge the status quo.
• Significant travel (>30%) to visit internal Lazada country teams and external Partners
