• Involved in various HRSSC operations - to manage, execute and support, including but not limited to:
Foreign national recruitments (non-IA and non-IPT)
On-boarding and off-boarding
Employee movements
General HR queries
Co-ordinate actions related to HR policies and SOPs
Prepare/Generate documents
Contract management
Visa and work permit renewals
Government surveys/reporting
Preparing and raising annual HRO and HR services budgets, PRs and POs
Insurances (include senior management) – GTL, GCI, GPA, GM: hospitalization, outpatient & major medical
Benefits claims (include senior management) – iChoice (flexible benefits program) and LSA
Leave management (include senior management) – maternity, paternity, medical/hospitalization, marriage and compassionate
For insurances, benefits claims and leave management – cover all communications, publicity, training, co-ordination, support and proactive interventions
• The main areas of responsibilities are to manage, execute and support initiatives/activities/tasks related to on-boarding and off-boarding, employee movements, HR queries, HR policies and SOPs, document requests, benefit enrolments, renewals, contract management, surveys, annual HRO and HR services budgets, PRs and POs preparation, leave management, insurance, etc.
• Manage the day-to-day operations and ensure a high-quality HR service delivery.
• Implement operational strategies and processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of delivery of HR services.
• Collaborate closely and at eye-level with various stakeholders, including but not limited to:
Country CPOs and their HR teams
HRGs/HRBPs
HR CoEs
People Tech
Procurement
Legal
Finance/Treasury
WPS
IT
• Monitor/Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for HRSSC APAC Operations to measure service quality, identify trends, and implement corrective actions, as necessary.
• Continue to support and drive development and training of team members – so that HRSSC APAC Operations continue to move towards becoming a high-performing team.
• Responsible for HRSSC APAC communications, publicity, training, co-ordination, support and proactive interventions - for all in-scope, above-mentioned HR services.
• Ensure compliance with local labour laws and regulations, as well as internal policies and procedures across APAC.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
5+ years in HR, with proven experience in HR operations
Self-motivated, great sense of ownership, analytical and data-oriented
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral)
Familiarity with MS Office (specifically Excel and PowerPoint)
Proficient in English communication - both oral and written
Proficient in Mandarin/Chinese communication - both oral and written
Multitasking, Adaptable and Agile - in all, able to work in a fast-paced environment
Professional certification in project management (e.g. PMP) or continuous improvement (e.g. six-sigma) is a plus
SEA and CN regional exposure and experience is a plus
