In detail, you will be in charge of:
1. Affiliate Recruitment and Onboarding
• Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliate partners to expand the affiliate network.
• Facilitate a smooth onboarding experience, providing affiliate partners with the necessary training, tracking link set up, product knowledge, and access to promotional resources.
2. Program Development and Coordination
• Develop programs for new partners to succeed within our affiliate platform.
• Implement and monitor affiliate programs to ensure compliance with platform guidelines and performance standards.
• Coordinate and design livestream affiliate programs
• Work closely with commercial Key Account Managers (KAMs) to secure exclusive deals and offers for affiliate partners, enhancing program attractiveness and driving conversions.
• Keep affiliate partners informed of campaign updates, program changes, and performance guidelines.
3. Market Research and Competitive Analysis
• Conduct market research to identify trends, new affiliate opportunities, and competitor strategies.
• Stay updated on industry developments, affiliate technologies, and innovations to maintain a competitive position.
4. Performance Tracking and Analysis:
• Track, report, and analyze affiliate activities, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field;
• Experience in campaign management;
• Detail-oriented & carefulness;
• Be an agile & fast adopted person;
• Eager to learn, can-do & patient attitude;
• Comfort with multi-tasking in a deadline-driven environment;
