Job Description
Key Account Manager (FMCG & Fashion Strategic Accounts)

Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Key Account Manager (KAM) to join our team, specializing in the FMCG and fashion sectors within the fast-paced e-commerce landscape. This is a critical role for a results-driven professional who excels in managing key accounts, spotting business opportunities, addressing challenges, and driving strategic initiatives. The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams and clients to ensure growth, optimize performance, and deliver exceptional value.

Key Responsibilities:
a. Account Management & Relationship Building
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts in the FMCG and fashion e-commerce industries.
Serve as the main point of contact for strategic clients, ensuring excellent communication and service delivery.
Regularly engage with key stakeholders to understand their business needs, expectations, and challenges.

b. Opportunity Identification & Analysis
Leverage industry insights, data analytics, and market trends to identify growth opportunities and potential risks within your assigned accounts.
Proactively spot emerging market trends and recommend actionable strategies to drive revenue and optimize account performance.
Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess progress, identify new opportunities, and adjust action plans as needed.

c. Problem Solving & Action Plans
Analyze account performance, diagnose issues, and propose practical, results-driven solutions.
Develop and implement action plans to resolve customer concerns, improve satisfaction, and meet business goals.
Ensure timely follow-up and monitoring of all action items and client requests to guarantee satisfaction and continued business success.

d. Negotiation & Communication
Lead negotiations on pricing, promotions, contracts, and partnership terms to maximize profitability and maintain strong client relationships.
Effectively communicate with internal teams (sales, marketing, logistics, etc.) to align on strategies, goals, and account priorities.
Present clear and persuasive reports and proposals to clients, showcasing value, performance, and future opportunities.

e. Collaboration & Teamwork
Work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure that client needs are being met and projects are delivered on time and to high standards.
Foster a collaborative work environment, sharing insights and strategies with team members to achieve collective goals.
Support new business development efforts by identifying and cultivating potential new key accounts.

f. Language Skills
Fluent in English (mandatory) for communication with global clients and internal teams.
Mandarin language skills are a plus, to support Chinese-speaking clients or stakeholders.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
a. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
b. Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in Key Account Management, preferably in the FMCG, fashion, or e-commerce sectors.
- Proven track record in managing key client relationships, spotting business opportunities, and driving growth in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in working with e-commerce platforms, digital marketing, and online retail is highly preferred.c
c. Skills & Competencies:
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to spot opportunities, identify problems, and develop data-driven solutions.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Highly organized, self-driven, and capable of managing multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- A proactive, results-oriented individual who thrives in a dynamic, fast-moving industry.
