1. Plan, organize, and execute offline events targeting new seller acquisition, seller appreciation, and training sessions in line with strategic goals
2. Partner with communities (e.g., SME networks, entrepreneur groups) and other stakeholders to promote and maximize attendance and impact of events.
3. Develop and manage seller rewards and incentives programs to recognize high performers and incentivize engagement and growth.
4. Analyze seller feedback from events and operations to continuously improve processes and support mechanisms.
5. Design reward structures that align with platform objectives, such as sales growth, operational excellence, and loyalty.
6. Track the effectiveness of rewards programs and make data-driven adjustments to maximize seller motivation and participation.
7. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to align offline strategies with digital campaigns and broader marketing objectives.
8. Provide insights and recommendations for future activities based on performance data and feedback from sellers and internal teams.
1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Event Management, or a related field.
2. 4+ years of experience in offline event management, marketing operations, or related fields, preferably in e-commerce or retail.
3. Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
4. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
6. Analytical mindset with proficiency in using data to drive decisions and improvements.
