‒ Analyze and Optimize Performance: Leverage data to assess performance, optimize strategies, and ensure all initiatives drive meaningful financial impact.
-Experience: 8+ years in payment solutions, fintech, or monetization strategy, ideally within e-commerce or digital platforms.
-Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships.
-Strategic Thinking: Ability to craft and execute payment and monetization strategies that align with both global trends and local market dynamics.
-Analytical Prowess: Proficiency in data analysis, financial modeling, and metrics interpretation, including ARPU, CAC, and LTV.
-Strong Communication: Excellent communication skills for engaging with senior leadership and external partners across the region.
