1、负责印度尼西亚雅加达地区的重要客户关系管理,建立并维护长期、稳定的合作关系。
2、制定并执行有效的销售策略,以实现销售目标和增长,确保客户满意度。
3、分析市场趋势,了解竞争对手动态,为产品和服务的优化提供建议。
4、协调内部资源,确保订单的顺利执行,解决客户在合作过程中遇到的问题。
5、定期报告销售业绩,提供市场反馈,以支持业务决策。
1、Responsible for key client relationship management in Jakarta, Indonesia, establishing and maintaining long-term and stable partnerships.
2、Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and growth, ensuring customer satisfaction.
3、Analyze market trends, stay informed about competitor activities, and provide recommendations for product and service improvements.
4、Coordinate internal resources to ensure smooth order execution and address any issues that clients encounter during cooperation.
5、Regularly report on sales performance and provide market feedback to support business decision-making.
【职位要求】:
1、本科学历,商业、市场营销或相关专业。
2、3年以上电商运营经验,有大卖家或者品牌线上运营经验优先
3、熟悉印度尼西亚市场,具备良好的市场洞察力和商业谈判技巧。
4、优秀的沟通和协调能力,能够跨部门合作,解决问题。
5、具备自我驱动和目标导向的工作态度,能够在压力下保持高效。
6. 中文w为必要,听说读写流利,能和客户顺畅沟通
1、Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2、More than 3 years of experience in e-commerce operation , with a preference for big sellers or brand online sales background.
3、Familiarity with the Indonesian market, strong market insights, and excellent negotiation skills.
4、Outstanding communication and coordination abilities, capable of collaborating across departments to resolve issues.
5、Self-motivated and goal-oriented, able to perform effectively under pressure.
6、Mandarin speaker is a mandatory , can talk with Chinese clients fluently
