The role
- Be the main point of contact for their managed accounts
- Help develop and foster relationships with our brands/sellers, help them meet their goals/objectives while also taking into consideration the platform's priorities
- Manage their portfolio, helping ensure sellers meet baseline target, and achieve stable and sustainable growth
- Work with the seller and make strategic recommendations matched with how their store is trending (touching on assortment, investments, activations)
- Look at category trends, recommend best practices
- Manage the seller's expectations to be at par with what similar sellers are investing (both in driving traffic and promotions)
- Work with different functional teams to maximize the tools available for their seller (depending on what will go well with their category and customer behavior)
Key Tasks & Responsibilities
- Establishing strong relations with sellers/brands and supporting their performance, as their main contact point
- Identifying key assortment opportunities, building sales team priority plan to assist for execution
- Supporting product and content creation process to increase assortment live
- Planning and maintaining constant stock availability
- Ensuring ambitious revenue growth
- Coaching sellers/brands on competitive pricing and promo tools
- Suggesting promotions to sellers/brands, selling marketing services, organizing these campaigns internally
- Building weekly marketing plan, determining which products/subcategories will be promoted on website and through all marketing channels (newsletters, Facebook, and display etc.)
- Developing strong analytics to evaluate daily/weekly/monthly performance and optimizing further marketing, pricing and product selection
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum of 7 years of working experience
- Experience with fast-paced industry, Distribution, Retail or Multinational Brands is a plus
- Self-motivated, can do attitude, enthusiasm for ecommerce and its possibilities
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical skills and comfortable with numbers
- Able to form good and strong relationships with brands & partners
- Comfortable with creating and presenting Business Review decks to top management
- Good command of Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
Good to have
- E-commerce experience is a plus
- Retail and Marketing knowledge experience a plus
