3. Collaborate with the cross teams to design and optimize landing pages, banners, email campaigns, and social media content that effectively communicate promotions.
4. Monitor and analyze the performance of promotions, including sales metrics, conversion rates, customer engagement, and ROI, and provide regular reports to management.
5. Conduct A/B testing and gather customer feedback to optimize promotional campaigns and improve overall customer experience.
6. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to promotions, including advertising guidelines and data privacy.
1. Bachelor's degree in economics, marketing, business administration or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
2. 1-2 working experiences in Promotion in an E-commerce or digital marketing environment.
3. Knowledge of E-commerce platforms, online marketing channels, and promotion tactics.
4. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions and optimize promotion strategies.
5. Experience with A/B testing, customer segmentation, and personalization techniques is a plus.
