Job Description
The role
The Head of Central Control Management is a critical leadership role responsible for overseeing and optimizing various facets of the company's logistics and operational strategies. This includes performance management, network planning and linehaul shuttling, fleet subcontractor sourcing, DOP Management , project and continuous improvement, general administration, and customer service. The SVP will ensure seamless integration of all these components to support effective logistics execution and drive business growth.This position will report directly to Head of LEX.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities
Performance Management:
- Develop and implement performance metrics to evaluate operational efficiency.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
- Lead initiatives to improve productivity, cost efficiency, and service quality.
- Provide regular performance reports to the executive team and recommend actionable insights.

Network Planning and Linehaul Shuttling:
- Oversee the planning and optimization of the company's logistics network.
- Ensure efficient scheduling and routing of linehaul shuttles to maximize resource utilization.
- Collaborate with the operations team to adjust plans based on demand fluctuations and operational constraints.
- Implement advanced logistics technologies to enhance planning accuracy and efficiency.

Fleet Subcontractor Sourcing:
- Develop and maintain relationships with fleet subcontractors to ensure reliable service.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure favorable terms and conditions.
- Monitor subcontractor performance and compliance with company standards.
- Address and resolve any issues or disputes with subcontractors promptly.

Project and Continuous Improvement:
- Lead and manage projects aimed at improving operational processes and systems.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the Central Control Management team.
- Utilize data analytics and industry best practices to identify areas for enhancement.
- Ensure successful implementation of improvement initiatives and track their impact.
Job Requirements
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven track record of successful performance management and process improvement.
- Strong knowledge of network planning, fleet management, and subcontractor sourcing.
- Excellent project management skills and experience leading cross-functional teams.
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze complex data and make strategic decisions.
- Proficiency in logistics software and technology solutions.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
