Team and Role Introduction:
FM Routes Analytics
- Performance Review and Alignment with Local and Regional team
- Identify and analyze operational gaps with Route Ops and DOP Ops, for correction, improvements and compliance
- Creation & Maintenance FM-internal/Local Dashboards
Key Tasks & Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret large datasets related to First Mile logistics operations, identifying trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop KPIs and metrics for measuring operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Design and maintain dashboards to visualize data insights, enabling better decision-making for the First Mile logistics team.
- Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in the supply chain process, proposing and implementing data-driven solutions.
- Monitor performance against established targets, providing regular reports and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Support the optimization of resource allocation by conducting data analysis on capacity, demand, and delivery times.

Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a logistics or supply chain environment.
- Proficient in data analysis tools such as Excel (including macro, pivot wizard, data model), SQL (must have), and data visualization platforms like Tableau or Power BI, and other ETL tools.
- Strong understanding of logistics operations and supply chain management principles.
- Effective communication skills to present complex data insights to both technical and non-technical team members.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery.
