1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in consulting, sales, category management, or business development.
2. Proven track record in managing product categories in a B2B e-commerce environment, preferably with experience in Alibaba International or similar platforms.
3. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions based on market insights.
4. Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
5. Fluent in English and preferably another major language, with the ability to communicate effectively in a global, multicultural setting.
