Job Description
1. 参与海外产品的用户增长的渠道运营,负责Facebook/Google/Tik tok/RTA等主流媒体的广告创建、投放、监控和调整;
2. 日常分析广告活动的数据,识别趋势和机会,以优化广告效果。数据导向制定和实施广告优化策略,包括但不限于广告创意、目标受众、选品优化、预算分配等。
3. 推动渠道系统优化和整合,与产品&技术团队升级投放链路和完善workstation,提升投放效率;
4. 持续关注行业动态和市场趋势,探索新的广告优化技术和策略。
Job Requirements
1. 3年以上工作经验
2. 对流量、广告平台的玩法有清晰的认知,擅长Facebook/Google/Tik tok等主流媒体的投放;
3. 具备数据分析能力,逻辑思维清晰,乐于深入思考;具备SQL编写能力是加分项;
4. 拥有出色的沟通、组织和协调能力,英语流利,能与海内外团队进行紧密合作;
5. 学历背景优秀;
6. 熟悉海外市场的投放,有欧洲市场投放经验者优先
