Responsibilities:

Hub Supervisor oversees the dispatching and efficiency of delivery operations. Responsibilities include monitoring delivery teams, optimizing routes and hub management. Responsibilities includes:

o Ensure timely and efficient delivery of products to customers.
o Supervise and manage delivery drivers and other staff.
o Maintain and update delivery schedules and routes.
o Resolve any issues or concerns related to delivery and logistics.
o Track and report delivery metrics and performance to management.
o Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
o Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth delivery operations
o Train and mentor new delivery staff as necessary.
