Job Description
-参与Lazada APP用户增长渠道运营,使用东南亚媒体渠道以及厂商资源,整合内外部资源,结合渠道、产研、运营团队将策略执行落地,提升用户增长效率
-分析渠道效果表现,根据业务目标调整优化渠道的平台建设,出价策略,人群选品创意落地页策略等并通过A/B测试验证和衡量策略的增量价值,推动业务增长
-通过项目管理与数据分析推动用增相关项目的推进与决策
Job Requirements
-全日制本科及以上学历,3年以上工作经验,熟悉电商行业以及媒体/厂商广告平台
-数据驱动,善于从数据中挖掘机会点并进行策略制定和落地
-具备较强的产品化运营思路,逻辑性强,通过产品及运营手段驱动用户增长
-用户和市场感敏锐,具有较强的市场分析和洞察能力;
-具备较强的责任心,抗压性强,沟通及执行落地强;能有不断地创新突破
-具备基本英语阅读和日常沟通能力,海外工作经验有加分项
