Team and Role Introduction:
Responsibilities:
-Acquire key brands and assortment that relevant to the market for Lazada to on-board
-Build, manage & maintain the relationship between Lazada and key brand partners
-Manage brand partners and ensure them to achieve commercial and operational excellence on Lazada, while also maintaining the profitability
-Identifies ways to drive sales through business analysis and ensures action is taken to maximize sales potential.
-Sharing your current take of brand positioning and delivering comprehensive trend knowledge and industry insight to encapsulate our individuality in our offering
-Educate brands on Lazada platform promotional tools, features & policies-- and engage them to participate in campaigns.
-Analyze commercial performance and operation metrics of brands in the program, and provide relevant solutions to optimize brand performance.
-Negotiate new/renewal Trading Term for business sustainability
-To specific commercial related lead project and initiative to achieve a breakthrough in the online e-commerce industry
Requirements/Qualifications(must have):
-Experience in Retail and General Merchandise (Home Living)
-Basic English conversational & written (only English)
-Attention to detail for end-to-end process workflow
-Able to work well in fast pace
-Intermediate Excel Skill

-Experience in E-Commerce Industry
-Intermediate Powerpoint / Presentation Skill
