Team and Role Introduction:
LazLive Team is responsible for growing Lazada Livestream activities & sales performance, via building, operating, monitoring & implementing LazLive operations & initiatives
***Responsibilities:
-Develop and lead livestream initiatives, ensuring alignment with commercial sales goals
- Collaborate with Marketing, Commercial, Traffic, and Operations teams to increase livestream visibility and drive traffic to key sessions and livestream channel
- Oversee seamless operation of key livestream sessions with planning and coordination to optimize performance and deliver successful outcomes
- Manage the budget for livestream activities, ensuring efficient allocation of resources
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics including viewership, engagement, conversion rates, and sales generated from livestreams and continuously optimize the efficiency
- Partner with tech and product teams to continually optimize livestreaming technology, enhancing the user experience and ensuring audience engagement
- Identify trends and opportunities in livestreaming to maintain a competitive edge
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and best practices to enhance the livestream activities
Requirements/Qualifications(must have):
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- Experienced in livestream operation or e-commerce
- Knowledge and understanding of e-commerce and the livestreaming landscape
- Experience in managing budgets and optimizing campaigns for ROI
- Strong problem-solving skill and collaboration with a track record of working cross-functional teams
- Analytical skills with a focus on performance tracking
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, execution-oriented and challenging work environment
- Fluent in English and proficient in all Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
