The role
Reporting to Segment Head of Key Accounts, Digital Goods and Lazada Partners; you will be responsible for:
- Establishing strong relations with Lazada partners and supporting their performance, as their main contact point
- Being in charge of the growth of the Lazada partner thru close collaboration in identifying gaps (pricing, assortment, marketing initiatives, launches etc) for the partner to build and grow their Brands
Key Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Planning and maintaining constant stock availability
- Ensuring ambitious revenue growth
- Coaching key account managers of Lazada partners on the ways of working of the platform
- Suggesting promotions to sellers/brands, selling marketing services, organizing these campaigns internally
- Building weekly marketing plan, determining which products/subcategories will be promoted on website and through all marketing channels (newsletters, Facebook, and display etc.)
- Developing strong analytics to evaluate daily/weekly/monthly performance and optimizing further marketing
Qualifications & Skills
- 3-4 years of working experience in the respective industry (Electronics, Fashion, FMCG, Home etc.)
- Self-motivated, can do attitude, enthusiasm for ecommerce and its possibilities
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skillsStrong analytical skills and comfort with numbers
-Good command of Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
- Retail and Marketing knowledge experience a plusGraduate of Business Admin with major in Supply Chain or Opoerations, BS Industrial or Management Engineering
Requirements/Qualifications(good to have):
- Experience in e-commerce is a plus
