Team and Role Introduction:
We are currently hiring Business Development Seller Onboarding Analyst. We are offering as table schedule, casual yet fun work environment and other benefits. We are looking for a computers lavvy, fast typing analyst to join our team that will be the liaise on between our company and its current and potential sellers. This role aims to assist Lazada sellers in uploading and managing seller SKUs, ensuring data accuracy and products to go live within the given timeline to ensure sellers are able to go live as soon as possible and have good seller experience.
Responsibilities:
1.Follow up and ensure required documents are uploaded by new sellers to ensure smooth registration and onboarding process on to Lazada.
2.Communicate with the seller to ensure seller go live by uploading of SKUs
3.Transfer and upload accurate products, contents, and images in Lazada Seller Profile that is provided directly by sellers.
4.Verify and confirm all data accuracy diligently without any prejudice before products golive.
5.Edit and add-on additional data and products for Lazada’s existing sellers.
6.Maintain communication to ensure seller GoLive.
7.Contributes to team effort and accomplishes KPI and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
Requirements/Qualifications(must have):
1.Computer savvy and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
2.Organization skills,quick typing skills,attention to detail, and thoroughness.
3.Basic photo editing and photoshop skills.
4.Good track record. Working experience in the related field is an advantage for this position.
5.Ability to multi-task,set priorities and manage time effectively.
6.SPM(O)’ Level/Diploma/Advanced/Higher or equivalent.
7.Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin
