Responsibilities:
-Demonstrate ownership and accountability for the Category.
-Oversee the end to end Source to Pay process for the Category
-Engage, build and maintain relationships with Internal and External Stakeholders, advising on Procurement short-term and long-term options and strategies.
-Initiate cost/spend analysis, market research and benchmarking to establish baseline and set targets.
-Lead the development and implementation of Category Strategies to drive cost reduction, support growth and provide operational stability.
-Lead and expedite vendor selection recommendations and purchasing decisions through appropriate competitive bid and strategic sourcing processes.
-Ensure Contracts are in place as needed.
-Develop a Supplier Management Plan for key and critical suppliers for consistent supplier performance and risk mitigation.
-Be an enabler for the business thru collaboration with co-enabling functions within Finance, HR, Legal, IT.
-Enforce 100% compliance.
- Bachelors Degree in a relevant field
-Experience in Strategic Sourcing is required
-Knowledgeable in the Procurement end to end process.
-Demonstrated leadership in managing key Stakeholders.
-Strong Project Management skills.
-Able to work under tight timeline and in a fast-paced environment.
-Results oriented with the ability to work independently.
