Responsibilities:
【Job Description】: 1、Develop and execute category strategies to drive growth and increase market share for assigned product categories within the Alibaba International platform. 2、Manage supplier relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring product offerings meet customer needs and align with company goals. 3、Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes, adjusting strategies accordingly. 4、Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and operations, to ensure effective category launches and promotions. 5、Monitor performance metrics, such as sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction, and implement corrective actions as needed.
Requirements/Qualifications(must have):
【Job Requirements】: 1、Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in category management, preferably in a B2B e-commerce environment. 2、Proven track record in sales and business development, with a strong understanding of the global sourcing and trading landscape. 3、Solid experience in supplier management, contract negotiation, and partnership building. 4、Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data to inform strategic decisions and drive category performance. 5、Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders. 6、Fluent in English, additional languages a plus, and a willingness to travel as needed.
