- Work directly with global marketing team, social, creative and agencies to design and develop localized strategic marketing plans, considering local nuance for execution excellence in market
- Lead the execution based on aligned Go-To-Market strategy and ensure on time delivery, in full
- Manage and oversee all marketing projects and activities to ensure they stay on track and on budget
- Facilitate cross-functional communication among commercial teams, project stakeholders to ensure all stakeholders are on board and aligned to execute campaign
- Conduct analysis to determine the effectiveness of each marketing campaign, and report key findings to stakeholders in biweekly and monthly reporting
- Perform competitive research to understand market happenings, and incorporate findings into each campaign for better results
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Communication, Marketing or allied fields
- Minimum 8 years of marketing experience in FMCG, E-commerce
- Demonstrated project management experience
- Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to make data driven decisions
- Strong research and analytical skills
- An understanding of digital marketing tools and tactics
- High adaptability and ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing work environment
