Job Description
Team and Role Introduction:
\The Campaign & Events Team is responsible for mounting platform and brand campaign events, such as Double Digit Sales and Super Brand Days, driving consumer engagement mechanics such as Flash Sale, Channel Management, and growing the LazLive livestream channel, all of which support delivering best prices to our buyers and business growth for our brands and sellers.Role OverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Consumer Engagement Specialist to join our dynamic team. As an individual contributor reporting to the Head of Campaigns & Events, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of high-traffic, high-visibility sale mechanics such as Flash Sales and Brand Mega Offers. This role is crucial in driving traffic and conversion, optimizing budgets, and supporting our assortment strategy.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end execution of Flash Sales and Brand Mega Offers, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of all campaign elements.
- Optimize budgets to maximize return on investment and drive efficient use of resources.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Commercial, Finance, and Product, to ensure seamless campaign execution.
- Support the development and implementation of assortment strategies to enhance product offerings and meet consumer demand.
- Maintain strong stakeholder relationships and communication, acting as a point of contact for inquiries.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Handle incident management and troubleshooting as needed, ensuring quick resolution of any issues that arise during campaign execution.
- Ensure adherence to operational processes and maintain a high level of attention to detail in all tasks.
Job Requirements
Requirements/Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in ecommerce operations, campaign management, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms, sale mechanics, and consumer engagement strategies.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data to insights
- High attention to detail and a strong process orientation.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle incident management and troubleshooting effectively.

Requirements/Qualifications(good to have):
- Proven track record of budget optimization and resource management is a plus
- People/team management experience is a plus
