Team and Role Introduction
The role is fully integrated into the Buyer Operations team, the team that manages overall traffic, guided shopping and campaign performance to understand customer journey and optimize the experience
Key Tasks & Responsibilities
Management of LazTalent Pool of Presenters
- Day-to-day coordination with internal teams and appointed external agency/ies regarding programs, projects, and initiatives
- Conduct quality checks with the team, develop and implement community guidelines to ensure session quality
- Work with local and regional teams for product enhancements and testing, as well as cultivate strong connections with LazTalents to gain insight and solve issues together
- Work with agencies to on-board and incubate high-quality content creators to onboard them on LazTalent
Implement programs to recruit and develop strategies for talent activation and loyalty
- Develop a tiered talent program to incubate high-quality LazTalents e.g. community days, training sessions, talent/creator incentives schemes,etc.
- Forge strategic partnerships to build awareness on LazTalent and co-create high-quality content
- Develop strategies to increase live watch penetration of LazTalent shows for BAU and campaign initiatives
-Oversee the LazTalent Store on Service Marketplace and develop programs to increase seller and brand usage of the same
Requirements/Qualifications
- 4-year degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field of study
- At least two (2) years of experience in community, talent or user management in streaming platforms or similar
- Excellent command of English and Filipino
- Proactive team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Independent, requiring minimum supervision
- Detail-oriented, ability to work under pressure, ability to effectively prioritize and multi-task-
Data analytical skills are preferred
