Team and Role Introduction:
As one of the key positions in Business Development team, you will be pivotal to contribute to the goal of onboarding sellers and grow them in Lazada. You will be responsible in unlocking the potential of their businesses by connecting them with millions of potential customers every single day and equip them with tools and knowledge to succeed.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities
- Determine industry trends to size up the seller acquisition potential.
- Create scalable campaigns to improve Lazada’s brand as a selling platform and ultimately bring in new sellersOnboarding
- Ensure that the registered sellers comply the requirements to be live
- Lead in identifying friction points and improving these to reduce the barrier to be live for the sellers
- Manage the seller communications strategy to reach out to sellers to guide them in becoming liveIncubation
- Accelerate seller growth within their first year of being live by crafting and executing incubation packages
- Ensure consistent engagement with incubation sellers through scalable communications execution
- Manage partners/vendors across different channels to ensure effective execution and efficient use of resources

Qualifications & Skills
- At least 3 years total experience in either of the following: (a) business insights and analytics (b) account management (c) vendor/supplier management (d) sales and marketing
- Demonstrated experience in leading a team
- Strong project management and communication skills, and ability to operate independently
- Strong negotiation skills
- Analytical and critical thinking skills
- Basic Excel and Intermediate SQL skills are required with good grasp of data visualization and data storytelling
