Team and Role Introduction:
We seek a highly skilled Venture Policy Operations Role to spearhead our efforts in shaping and implementing strategic policies across our seller ecosystem, product assortment, fulfillment processes, and reverse within our venture projects. This pivotal role involves not only understanding and adapting competitor strategies but also driving regional initiatives with a focus on localization and seamless integration with our platform's unique needs. The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator and collaborator, bridging gaps between local teams and regional leadership to ensure coherent policy execution that bolsters our competitive edge.

Responsibilities:
-Competitive Analysis & Policy Innovation: Conduct in-depth research on competitor policies related to sellers,assortment, fulfillment, and refund. Translate findings into actionable insights and innovative policy recommendations tailored for Lazada's projects.
-Regional Project Leadership: Collaborate closely with the regional team to identify, plan, and execute projects that enhance operational efficiency and customer experience. Ensure projects are localized effectively to resonate with each market's specific requirements and cultural nuances.
-Localization Strategy: Drive the adaptation and localization of regional policies and projects, ensuring they align with local market regulations, consumer preferences, and business objectives.
-Stakeholder Engagement & Communication: Act as a key point of contact between the regional team and local stakeholders, including top management and operations. Facilitate effective communication to ensure alignment on policy direction, project priorities, and timelines.
-Insight Provision: Regularly gather and analyze data to provide comprehensive insights on policy effectiveness, market trends, and potential risks. Present findings to regional teams, contributing to strategic decision-making and continuous improvement of policies and processes.
-Team Coordination: Coordinate cross-functional teams across different markets, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation, problem-solving, and efficient execution of projects.

Requirements/Qualifications(must have):
-A degree in Business Administration, Economics, Law, or a related field
-Proven track record in managing complex projects with regional scope and delivering results under pressure.
-Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
-Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building relationships and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
-Experience working in a multicultural environment and sensitivity to cultural differences.
-Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional Southeast Asian languages is a plus.

Requirements/Qualifications(good to have):
-At least 7 years of experience in e-commerce, retail, or a related industry, with a strong focus on policy development and project management.
