The Role
Affiliates Team takes care of growing the network base of affiliate partners, to help grow the ff. for the platform - daily active users, orders, and GMV.
Affiliates Team has 2 sides on B2C:
- Retention - those who take care of established and active partners, and
- Acquisition/Business Development - those who ensure that we keep growing our pipeline and have a constant flow of quality new partnersB2C Business Development team needs to ensure that:
- We have a healthy and consistent inflow of new partners per segment (KOL, Content Creators, Mobile Individuals)
- We move onboarded partners to become active (have activity that drives traffic and orders), and
- We move active partners to become retained (have consistent activity)
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
- Applying business development strategy to onboard, activate, and incubate new business partners that have potential to be successful affiliate partners.
- Project owner of B2C Business Development, tracking progress and generating leads by identifying new potential partners, including but not limited to KOLs, Influencers, Content creators and Mobile Individuals.
- Responsible for reaching out and establishing relationships with managed partners and segment, creating projects relevant to strengthen incubation pool, driving data-driven analysis and optimization solutions to scale partner performance in incubation phase.
- Coordinating operations with internal and external stakeholders (Commercial, strategic partnerships, agencies) for joint projects.
- Keep apprised of changing market conditions, competitive landscape and new technologies.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of accounts against KPIs
Qualifications & Skills
- 3-5 years of experience in Sales and Account Management
- Proven experience in managing relationships and negotiating with clients and partners; persuasive interpersonal and verbal communication skills
- Proficient command of MS Excel, PowerPoint, Canva with a good foundation of analytics & presentation skills
- Ability in analyzing and presenting data to make recommendations
- Ability to effectively communicate in cross-functional teams
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced and rapidly-changing environment. Ability to execute on multiple projects while closely measuring the impact of each project and changing course when needed.

- Multi-tasking and organizational skills, detail oriented with strong follow-through skills.
Requirements/Qualifications(good to have):
- Direct or related experience to Affiliate Marketing, Partnerships, or equivalent
- Online/ecommerce experience
- Experience in a startup/pioneering team is a plus
