Campaigns play a huge part in delivering the best prices and best experience to Lazada users. The Campaign Operations Team is responsible for mounting recurring, well-known, and thematic sale events, such as Double Digit and Payday campaigns, which generate consumer interest and excitement. We are looking for highly-motivated individuals with proven operational excellence to make campaigns even bigger and better for our consumers!
The Role
The Campaign Operations specialist play key roles with every sale event that we run, with rotating responsibilities for PMO, Onsite, and Deal Hunting operations.
Key Tasks & Responsibilities:
Expectations include:
- Collaborate with local and regional stakeholders for campaign creation, execution, theme, and key mechanics
- On-site ownership of UX/UI design, creation & optimization of campaign pages, and enforcing quality standards for campaign assets
- Develop on-site merchandising plans showcasing key campaign features
- Monitor and track campaign plans, deliverables, and resource allocation
- Analyze daily campaign performance and reporting to internal stakeholders
- Post-implementation reporting to gather learnings to apply for continuous improvement
Qualifications & Skills
- Demonstrated project management capability, able to prioritize and deliver on tight timelines
- Ability to translate consumer insights and business objectives into an integrated on-site strategy
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data to insights
- High attention to detail
- Balance of both strategic and creative thinking, able to think long term and outside the box
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Agile and able to work in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment
Requirements/Qualifications(good to have)
- Prior e-commerce experience, in Commercial operations or Campaign operations
- Experience related to operations management or process improvement
