The role
The long-term goal of Lazada is to onboard all MSMEs in the Philippines. Lazada enables MSMEs to start and grow through technology and e-commerce. We connect them with millions of potential customers every single day and provide them the tools they need to succeed. The task is herculean in nature but the vision is clear and that is what the members of PH Business Development work towards. Hundreds of new sellers onboard the platform every day, eager to learn how to start and grow their business. This is why Lazada has a Seller Incubation program. All new sellers go through the program where they are taught everything they need to know about the Lazada selling platform. This period is where they learn how to upload products, decorate their stores, join programs, and implement promotional mechanics to get more traffic and sales.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Analyze seller level information on performance, tool adoption, and seller engagement and craft action plans to leverage identified opportunities
- Lead the online and offline executions of mass incubation programs
-Work with different departments across the Lazada network to leverage on upcoming and/or existing technologies/channels to ensure that we are able to reach sellers effectively and at scale. This is primarily to:
- Guide sellers in setting up their store
- Educate sellers on the different tools, programs and campaigns that Lazada has to boost their stores and to improve their buyer experience
- Get qualitative information on drivers and barrier to behavior. Ultimately, it is the responsibility of the Incubation specialist to ensure that newly onboarded sellers grow within their incubation period.

Key Qualifications & Skills
In order to succeed in the role, you should ideally have:

- At least 3 years of demonstrated experience in insights, analytics, consumer research, or roles that focus on spotting key trends and insights
- Demonstrated proficiency in crafting strategic insights and action plans out of large sets of data
- Demonstrated experience in presenting findings to executive level audiences
- Demonstrated strong project management, communication skills, and ability to operate independently.
- Willingness to learn and push for new ways of thinking.
