Team and Role Introduction:
The role
This role will be employed under Lazada Philippines Inc.it's an e-commerce enabler and accelerator - helping sellers to maximize their e-commerce sales and revenue.

Lazada aims to provide the best and safest marketplace for sellers, merchants and buyers.
Responsibilities:
- Scheme out vendor development planning and schedules according the regional strategy and local business needs
- Keep sourcing and exploring new vendors, , maintain a sufficient and stable vendor pool so as to meet category needs
- Facilitate the introduction process of new vendors and incubate potential vendors.
- Set up development plan and incentive scheme for vendors, timely monitor their performance, and provide suggestions and solutions when needed.
- Lead the team to visit the vendors in industrial zone on a regular basis, actively carry out market research and vendor analysis, provide market business insights and suggestions to country leader.
Job Requirements
Requirements/Qualifications(must have):
- At least 5 years related experience in E-Commerce industry with bachelor degree.
- Proven rich industrial and brand vendor resources.
- Fluent English is a must

Requirements/Qualifications(good to have):
- Cross-border market and other related experience is preferred.
- Chinese speaking is a plus.
