Team and Role Introduction:

-Build the collaborative planning process between different groups in Middle to ensure capacity build and suitable process across different sils
-Establish data & system centric, integrated Operations planning layer - Tactical (Long range planning) and Operational (Week to day) Planning across silos of Middle Mile
-Integrate reliable Capacity planning and benchmark base on historical data striking a great mix of Cost (Resource center – Productivity) and Service (Leadtime)
Responsibilities:

- Provides weekly to monthly volume prediction that will influence manpower, vehicle and machine capacity requirement for Middle Mile
- Forecast volume injection and validate accuracy of volume
- Governs cadences and action for execution from the function execution team on the agreed plan.
- Deviation margin gatekeeper targeting to hit productivity for manual and machine processing for sort and linehaul shuttling utilization efficiencies
- Stakeholders management of OKRs set for Middle Mile productivity and utilization linked to cost target set
- Collaborates with central planning team and other operational support group to effectively plan capacity for Middle Mile.
- Interpret complex data and provide recommendation to functional/execution team on how to effectively execute the plan.
- Deep dive gaps that affecting forecast accuracy that effectively affecting the cost target of the group.
- Provide valuable incite that will be use for decision making to function group, operation team and management team.

Requirements/Qualifications(good to have):

- Graduate of Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics or Computer Science Course. Other courses are welcome relevant to the position or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.
-At least 3-5 years of relevant work experience in forecasting, capacity planning and data analysis, with knowledge of marketplace operations, logistics, transportation, supply chain or last-mile delivery preferably
-Good knowledge and understanding of logistics industry and practices, working experience in a well-established 3PL or e-commerce company is a plus
-Excellent oral and written communication skills.
-Advance MS Office skills (Excel, Access, PowerPoint), other computing tool is a plus.
-Process oriented and KPI driven
-Can handle internal and external communication with courtesy and professionalism.
-Highly organized and detail-oriented.
